* Maintained support for key business transactions by implementing year-round scalability testing and enhancement for Enterprise Application Integration and business-to-business exchange for purchase orders, invoices and advanced ship notices for $88B+ in sales.
* Supported document management for HR retention management and invoice workflow and storage for Finance by ensuring system was stable and enhanced to support 42M invoices and 3M sensitive personnel documents.

Oversaw facility for primary THD data center in Austin, Texas. Managed IT Support Desk to all US, Guam, Puerto Rico and Canada stores for end-user hardware and software applications with staff of 250 to 400 (fluctuating in spring). Provided strategy and direction for hardware renewal in retail and non-retail locations. Managed vendor service contracts. Supported over 2,200 locations. Functioned as officer delegate.
* Focused on key metrics and strong customer support reaching all-time company high in after-call survey results. Support Desk processed over 1.6M transactions per year including end user support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, trend analysis and call reduction initiatives.
* Managed $200M annual budget for hardware deployments and contracts for major maintenance agreements for retail and non-retail sites (excluding data centers). Consistently remained at or under budget for lifecycle of over 1M components.
* Maintained inventory; staged and deployed equipment to all stores, distribution centers and corporate locations in US, Canada and Guam. Shipped approximately 470K items per year with 98% fulfillment rate and maintained average monthly inventory value of $14M with yearly inventory accuracy of 99.998%.
* Directed retail location Emergency Response team for disaster recovery allowing retail locations to be operational immediately following major weather events.
